Today I spoke at the York County PA Commissioners Meeting. On Codorus Creek Rail Trail and Railroad ties. Which have creosote on them and are stock piled on the rail trail. Which could lead to killing aquatic life and human life slowly but surely. I read from the Pennsylvania Constitution where it says that people of Pennsylvania are entitled to Clean air and Clean water and historic scenery and the Commonwealth has to keep it clean.
